About
With over a decade of experience in building new businesses — from startups to corporate ventures — I lead, consult, and design ventures from concept to market launch.
I’m not a conventional consultant or strategist — perhaps more of a venture catalyst. Currently, I am exploring new frontiers in healthcare and redefining what is possible.
The beginnings
During my student years in London, I founded my first venture and immersed myself in the city’s thriving start-up scene. The startup- world became my first great mentor. It taught me invaluable lessons about entrepreneurship, adaptability, resilience, and resourcefulness.
Building something from the ground up — and stepping into the unknown has made this journey profoundly rewarding — and equally challenging. I consider these times as some of the most formative experiences in my professional (and personal) life. It shaped my thinking and approach to business.
The consulting experience
At BMI Lab, I learned how to design business models in a much more structured way and to navigate corporate complexities. I had the privilege of working alongside brilliant professionals who had spent decades solving challenging problems.
Working in this type of consulting comes with versatility. I explored a variety of industries — healthcare, technology, financial services, banking, mobility and more — each offering new perspectives and opportunities. This diversity sharpened my ability to break down complex problems, identify connections, and spot opportunities across different industries, markets and business models.
Currently…
Of all the industries I’ve explored, healthcare has always been closest to my heart. It’s where I spent most of my time and focus, and where I see the greatest potential for creating a better future.
Working closely with leading organizations like Roche and B. Braun has reinforced my belief that healthcare organizations and systems need to rethink how we discover, create, deliver, and commercialize value.
The potential in this space is immense, particularly with the rise of personalized medicine and platform-based models that are challenging and redefining traditional and established models. These innovations have the power of improving patient outcomes and building more sustainable healthcare systems.
As I look to the future, I’m inspired by the possibilities ahead and continue to contribute to a better, healthier future.
Two healthcare ventures
-
At Roche Pharma, I had the opportunity to transform an idea into a cohesive business model for a new venture focused on personalized healthcare (PHC). Collaborating closely with a team of experienced business leaders and scientists, we redefined how pharma can create value—moving beyond the traditional "supplier" role to become a value orchestrator within the wider healthcare ecosystem.
My contribution was multifaceted. First, I worked to piece together the complex elements of this concept — identifying and connecting interdependent parts to create a holistic and viable business model. Then, I focused on value creation, broadening it to include multiple stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem, while keeping the patient at the center. This involved deepening the understanding of what benefits the model could bring to each stakeholder, from healthcare providers to payers and partners. I also concentrated on the commercial aspects, developing strategies for revenue generation, pricing, and assessing market potential. Additionally, I actively engaged with leadership, country and cross-functional teams to bring this venture closer to market piloting.
This project represents a significant shift in how pharma operates, paving the way for more direct-to-patient solutions and innovative, patient-centered approaches that challenge the traditional models of the last century. -
In collaboration with B. Braun, I co-developed a business model to bring cancer treatment closer to patients. This innovative solution, currently piloted in the UK, envisions a system where patients receive treatment outside of hospitals, improving accessibility and patient outcomes. This project reinforced my belief in transforming patient care and engaging in broader healthcare ecosystems.
